We now deliver across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

You can now choose your favorite items, and enjoy our delivery to your doorstep at your home or office in the KSA. Deliveries to other cities in GCC will happen sometime soon.

 

We can also deliver to areas outside main cities, but due to certain difficulties, it
will be shipped to the closest courier company office.

We have a delivery charge based on weight. It will be added at the time of checkout.

For KSA customers they will receive their orders within 5-7 working days of placing them.

We will provide you with the tracking number at the Email address provided by you once
your order been shipped.

If your order has taken more than 5 days in KSA or 7 days, please contact the customer support team via the Contact us form, send an email at info@sindebaad.com or
call us at : KSA: 800304444 and we will be happy to assist you.

You can send an email at info@sindebaad.com to notify us of your correct address. Also, the courier company will call you prior to delivery to confirm your shipping address or change it at that time.

Please note, changes in the delivery address after purchasing might cause a delay in your shipment.

We at SINDEBAAD aim to provide the best services and expand the options to our customers, so we provide cash on delivery as a payment method, which entails additional costs from the shipping company which will be shown as an additional cost at the check out.: Cash on delivery service is not available for orders above SAR3500.

At SINDEBAAD we believe that delivery of the order must be done on time and any delay is
frustrating, so we strive  to deliver the shipment to the shipping companies within shortest period and for any delays from the shipping companies please know your order will be our responsibility,

ORDER STATUS

A ‘Pending’ status for COD orders on your SINDEBAAD purchase simply means that our system successfully received your order and it’s waiting for confirmation.

It means we are currently packaging your items and your order will be shipped soon!
Once it is shipped you will receive a notification via email with a tracking
number.

Please note that we can’t cancel the order at this step

Means that your order has been shipped and is on its way to you, you will be contacted by the shipping company to determine the delivery date.

RETURN POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for something wrong with the product, or you received a different of what you ordered, please contact the customer service team at info@sindebaad.com or call us at:

KSA: 8003044446 to initiate and schedule the return process. Once we’ve heard from you, we will then inform our delivery partner  to collect your order from you.

We won’t keep you waiting! We will issue you a refund amount to your card which you used to make the purchase for the price of the item that you returned. Each bank has its own procedure and time plan for the return.

 

You will receive a label attachment from info@sindebaad.com with a return airway bill (AWB) number. The courier agent will pick the product from you. You will get a sms confirming the return cycle having been completed.

Please Make sure the products are not damaged, not used and are still in its original package.

We do offer refunds in the form of coupons. This means that if you place an order and you are not satisfied by the product received, we give you the possibility to return it for free: we would pay the return shipping fees and would issue you the value of the item that you are returning.

This will give you the opportunity to choose another item!  The shipping fees is nonrefundable.

The sooner you inform us that you want to initiate a return process the better! Our delivery  team will arrive within 2 working days to your doorstep to pick-up the item. A refund coupon will directly be sent to you via email afterwards.

At SINDEBAAD, the most important for us is that you feel comfortable buying the items you really want. If you want to cancel an order, the rule is that the sooner you inform us the better!


Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually,
this happens within 1-2 business days. Hence, we give you the possibility to cancel your order at a very early stage. If this is the case, please contact SINDEBAAD

Please note that in our efforts to deliver best customer service, we aim to ship your order as soon as possible. Hence, in case you change your mind, we would advise you to contact us at info@sindebaad.comdirectly.

If you cancelled your order after its shipped, or do not respond to courier for delivery the order will be considered cancelled.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

We are always happy to assist our customers in all aspects and that applies to refunds as well. Prepaid orders made using a Credit/Debit card be refunded. However, we do not offer the same service for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

The refunded amount will be automatically transferred to your card whether Credit/Debit. Kindly allow 7-14 business days for the amount to be returned as
it is the responsibility of the bank. SINDEBAAD does not have any role to hasten the process.

items that are highly popular can exceptionally run out of stock. As stocks continuously change and new products are always being added, please continue to
check in to see if we have restocked your desired item or another style like it.

For your convenience, you can click on the ‘email me when in stock’ in the product view and you will receive an email from us, once we have this item on
stock again.

A Value Added Tax (VAT) is an indirect tax introduced in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by the government where the value of 15% is to be paid on  value on KSA store at the time of check out, unless specified in the price SINDEBAAD

Yes, the prices in the website include VAT, and there is no extra amounts to pay when you add item in the shopping cart, note that VAT amount and Item amount will
show in details of the invoice.

The Prices in the website included VAT, For example if you Buy a product with amount of 115 SAR, On the invoice you will see the actual price of the product
is 100 SAR and 15 SAR as the VAT amount.
